Four Numbers That Decide Whether This Ships
1 Gauge at nine points
Thickness is measured across the full width, not at one spot. A coil that is on gauge at the edge and 0.04 mm light at the center will still pass a lazy check.
2 Mechanical properties per heat
Tensile, yield and elongation pulled from the actual heat, not from a nominal table. On request the values are reported on a 3.1 certificate with the heat number; a 2.2 statement is available where that is all your file requires.
3 Surface under raking light
Roller marks, oil stain, scratch and edge burr are checked before packing. Coated product is checked for film build and color delta.
4 Packing for the voyage
Kraft plus PE film, steel-strapped pallet, edge protector, desiccant. Photos of the strapping and seal number sent before sailing.

Heat sinks are an extrusion geometry problem: fin height, fin pitch and flatness tolerance. 6063-T5 holds fine fins that 6061 cannot.
